glass broke in fuel pressure gauge

the glass broke on my brothers pressure gauges and i need to get it fixed.
no place in town cuts anything this small.

its 2 5/8 by 3/32.

Does it have to be glass? Why not acrylic, check at a TAP Plastics.

If a stained glass artist can cut the shapes they use, it can be done. You can do it freehand, but there are compass cutters. One way is to cut half a circle near a corner. Break the cut and scribe the rest of the circle and use nibblers (not the official word for glass pliers and I don't remember the exact word) to finish off the cut. You may need to dress the edges with a silicone carbide belt in a sander.

Just yesterday I tripped across a fuel pressure gauge and other related items in my garage. Actually think it's an entire fuel pressure test kit. They were part of an auction lot I bought. PM me your address and I'll send it out to you if you want it.

Looks like it's primarily for 90s Ford products, but maybe you could use the gauge?

Watch repair places make glass faces for watches and clocks so they should be able to do something for you.
