Landlords: Checking credit?
I had an account with mrlandlord.com for several years, but now they're asking for a ridiculous amount of documentation to continue my credit check services. Not willing to spend the time.
What services are you using to check credit on potential tenants?

When I owned rental property, I belonged to the local landlord association. I used their credit checking service, and it was a reasonable rate with quick service.

As a landlord Ive used this: https://www.mysmartmove.com/tenant-credit-check/landlord-credit-check.html
You can pay the fee or the renter pays. Renters like it because they dont have to give you their SSAN. I like it because its easy and it works. |

If you have a friend that is a real estate agent they might be able to run a check for you.
