Let's not be too judgmental. Granted, I can't imagine eating that many of anything in 10 minutes but wouldn't many people judge Porsche (and sports car owners in general) for being to wasteful with fuel and finances?

I don't see/understand the comparison, but that's OK too.

Tom - it's a forty year old tradition held at Coney Island every Independence Day........next to a hot dog stand in existence since 1916.

I don't understand why you say it's what doesn't make America great.

I love it - wholesome clean fun for whomever wants to partake.

How is it "wholesome clean fun"? Hotdogs are one of the most unhealthy foods that are legal for consumption. Encouraging overeating, especially of a food like that, is ridiculously unhealthy and unwholesome. Just because it's been around for a century doesn't make it "wholesome clean fun". The human race evolves away from things which, however long-standing, are generally bad for it.

You are bad! I only eat Hebrew National All Beef hot dogs. And I eat them...maybe... 4 times a year. Like ice cream, I would eat it every day if calories and being healthy didn't matter.
