Great Customer Service!! Shocker Hitches

I've had my shocker airbag hitchhttp://www.shockerhitch.com/index.php?pr=Home_Page for close to 8 years now, and it has been a great product, but not long ago, one of the bushings, well started melting:eek:

I sent an e-mail asking if this was a common or known issue, the owner of the company quickly replied, asking for pictures, as they had never seen that happen.

So I took and sent them pictures and got a reply pretty fast, asking me for my shipping info, as they were sending me new bushing, no cost, and they had never seen that before, a few days later, the parts were at my house. :D
A great product if you tow as much as I do and great customer service as well..

That's a neat hitch. A lot smoother than a standard hitch?

You wouldn't believe the difference, I can really tell when I use the regular hitch as every bump is sent to my burb.. And I can adjust air pressure to match the load. If you do a lot of track events like we do it does make the trip easier.

When I put over 6,000 lbs on my trailer it looks like I could use their product. I was about 20 minutes from where they are made yesterday. :)

I'm actually more likely to share positive examples than bad, unless it is really bad. And I think things are starting to turn around, at the grocery store yesterday, I was trying to find a certain type of Bacon, and someone came up to me, asked me if I was finding everything, them preceded to help me find it (turned out is was the last package, and was buried under the ham:p
