They sure seemed to hype VW diesels but rather should do in depth reporting on longevity. The HPFP failure is a nasty engineering fiasco for VW and major expense for owners of these diesels.

More winners? Interesting how the article switches to the future of 2020. The anouncement of GM and Honda joint venture for a hydrogen fuel cell powerplant. Whipee doo. Now where's that article on Ford and Cessna joint venture of the flying car by 2080?
