I can't stop listening to Jason Isbell.
A friend of mine was into Drive-By Truckers, where I first heard him. I heard his new stuff on NPR today. It's very cool, and very folky.

Not familiar with JI's solo stuff (I'm sure it's great), but the DBTs have been a favorite for years, as good as they come imo. He was an integral part of a REAL band...they rock live
