Riddle me this - what/ who is this part.

This looks like an oil tank from a motorcycle or ATV, but I'm not sure. Most of you are very cleaver in identifing car/truck or motocycle parts. I was told this tank was from a HD but I don't think so. Can any of you help?

I'm not an expert on factory HD stuff but that looks like an aftermarket HD oil tank to me. The large rectangular space is for the battery.

Can't be a Harley oil tank... It doesn't appear to have a leak point... All harley's leak...
