Crazy Horse, he's not impressed

Not even close, apparently:

Transfer forces me to sell my 89 930 on light 74 exempt chassis

"Thank God this is my very last post on Pelican - done with this venue. Surprised at the amount of time wasting, tire-kickers, barista loving, no money having, Porschefile (I only have $10,000 for a perfect 930) and all around worthlessness.

Good - Bye forever. Enjoy 2nd place, it's where you live"

Well, to his credit, he takes incoherency to a new level.

I found his comment very offensive.
Mr crazyhorse "Union Tech" has been Very, very happy with all the free advice from everyone over many years, and then bad mouths us ALL just because someone values his car at less than he does..
He, himself Buys 944s from Bankruptcy sales in Florida (I think you pay Top Buck there don't you ?)
CrazyHorses generally need to be "put down" or at least put out to pasture on another site a little like whinging Unionists ....

I have no idea who he is, but he clearly needs this:

That is one hideous-yet-seemingly-well-built car.

Some things from the 80s have held up, or at least become retro-cool. The Miami-Vice pimp wannabe slantnose kits are not one of those things.

Now that's dramatic, Forever? - really? Do ya promise or are ya just dick'in with us? It's times like this that I wish I had 5 bucks extra for 1 of those flowery "Thank you, good luck in the future" cards that would convey my " I couldn't care less" sentiment.

"Goodbye forever" posts are a guarantee of the opposite.

Ten bucks Mr. Crazy Horse will be clicking on this thread every 5 minutes or so for the next week.

Selling a car is rarely fun, and all the best to you and your new job, Mr. Crazy Horse.

Yep, everyone who makes that announcement just wants everyone to beg them to stay.
Sorry, a 1974 911 IS NOT a 1989 930, it may have some 89 930 parts but it is no more a 89 930 than my 74 914 is a 1970 914-6GT(even though I have some cooler stuff in my build). Adding Poser badges (I didn't see that he listed any Ruf engine, tranny or susp mods, just door sills & badges, i.e. cosmetic stuff) doesn't make it worth more, and 89 930s had 5 speeds, he list a 4 speed. True the car may have some cool stuff, but it still has poser written all over it..

"But wait -- you're like the brother I wish I never had..."

Use Pelican to sell you car, then bash Pelican for no apparent reason? That's just bad mojo.

No big loss, based on his last post there...

Man, what a douche, I sold my 76' Targa from here last week. When listed a was told I was nuts and asking double of what it would sell for. Am I pissed? hell no, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I had a bunch of low baller's that I had to deal with, but my car did sell for my asking price and I am still here! My guess is his car was only worth what it sold for, and not his listed price, and now he is miffed about it. I think this is one of the best forums there is out there. I don't have a Porsche right now, but will soon when I find the right deal, hope I don't low ball anyone when I make my offer.

High ball, low ball, or no balls. It is the beauty of capitalism. Suck it up, don't be so whiney, and do what you want to do, not what others tell you to do. Bye, bye now.
