while living in Costa Rica we had a rash of break ins, they physically broke into my house while I was gone and stole a gun. At about that time some Italians caught these guys that did the break ins and actually slammed on of the guys hands in the door of the pick up, on purpose.
The next day I had to go to the municipality to talk to the police about the gun. They were a little nasty and asked if I was the person that slammed that guys hand in the door, I said, oh no, that was the Italians, they said, oh, ok.
They found the hand gun but I never got it back.

Screw that. I'm with Baz. For some, there need not be due course and all that. Take him and Tsarnaev and hang them on a rope in public like we used to do.

Although I think I'd tie a small bomb to Tsarnaev's hands and blow them off a few minutes before pulling the latch on the gallows.

I wish this were true.
Once you are arrested you have to prove you are innocent. they don't have to prove you are guilty. Lord help anybody that is facing anything big enough for the press (or should we say oppress) to get a hold of, because then you are being tried in the media.
