Glad I don't run golf tournaments...
There's a PGA event going on just a few miles from my house as I watch it pour down rain
 . Today and tomorrow have been projected to be a total washout, yet the folks are on TV saying "the show will go on"

I take my hat off to anybody that runs these golf tournies. There is so much involved.
The Americans do such a good job at running them. For example stopping the game before the thunderstorms arrive, the rules officials are great, television crews do a spectacular job etc etc. PGA etc on tv has given me so much pleasure over the years and will continue to do so. Oh yes don't forget the commentators. Yes it is a game of patience......

Washed out here on the coast too. Feel bad for the tourists, sorta. Always glad when Labor Day is over and traffic gets back to normal.
