Spider bite!

Barefoot in my kitchen I manage to step on a red spider of some sort between two toes.

Lil Bastard got me two to three timesreally quick before I lifted my foot up to see it scurry almost out of range.

I smashed it but saved the corpse so if I need to see a Dr I can give them the mushed spider.

I smeard benadryl all over my toes that got it.

Silly thing is that I killed about 20 brown widows with my propane torch in the back yard 20 minutes prior to this bugger!

Sounds like they sent a sniper in for revenge. Find a picture of it online. The vast majority of spiders are not harmful. Its the few that are you have to worry about.

Karma bites ! Within minutes, you would have figured out if it were poisoness. It may take a day or two to determine if it were a variety that leaves welts or skin disorders.

Maybe on your search and destroy mission you picked up a hitchhiker, maybe a hobo spider. One of the gals that does surgery scheduling got bitten on the back of her leg, ended up spending a few days in the hospital from the subsequent infection, turned into a hole you could drop a quarter into. For some reason venomous spider bites tend to get MRSA infections. Watch it pretty close, that sort of thing can take off in a bad way.

Hopefully you will gain some super powers and strength. If you wake up and discover you can climb walls and shoot spider webs from your wrist you are set for a movie career.

I had a nasty bite on my back once from napping on a sofa at my country cabin. I thought it was a Brown Recluse but was told they don't exist up in No. Cal. Turns out it was an "Assassin Bug" which I had never heard of. It took nearly 6 weeks to heal after it got necrotic and infected. Very sore for a long time. Might want to google an image of them be able to recognize them...

Yes, Jim...update ?
