Phantom phone vibration...
 

What is with a phantom phone vibration in my left pocket/thigh?

Is this a relatively new issue or been around for awhile. For me, it's been the past several years.

I can be holding the phone in my hand and still get it.

Brain tumor.

New form of OCD in my opinion. It drives me nuts at times.

Wow - how bizarre. I get *exactly* the same thing! Right where your phone would rest on your thigh, left pocket. I figured I was just some kind of freak and wasn't going to mention it, but I'm emboldened.

I wonder if some lazy bum has managed to sue and get disability for that syndrome.

When this happens,,are we suppoda answer the call?

I had a similar phantom that started when I was wearing a pager. I dismissed it as gas.

I get this as well.....hmmmmm

I get this as well, in fact sometimes when I'm on the phone it will vibrate in a subtile way - short durations. I thought I was being bugged!

Same here. I attribute it to my restless leg syndrome.:D

I get this too from time to time.

I used to get it all the time when I used a Blackberry but now that I've been iphone for several months I don't notice it anymore and hadn't thought about it until this thread. I guess, for me at least, it has some thing to do with the type of vibration since I still use the iphone on vibrate sometimes.
