This was me taking a C-130 into someplace in Iraq back in '04. We would start our tactical arrival at about 20000 ft and spiral down as fast as possible. A lot of fun in a big airplane.

My buddy is a flight surgeon in a C130 outfit and he talks about the tactical arrival. The PT26 I fly belongs to him.

I think so, but its been a while. It was the base that later became a huge US air base in Iraq. The middle third of the runway was bombed out in the first part of the conflict.
