it's obvious TX's is NOT interested in collecting $..
these $ didn't happen over the weekend or in a month.. so unless some of these folks own some stuff.. besides their Tonka truck... TX isn't going to see a dime.. BTW.. they need to fire the folks running this comedy.. but as state frogs.. they will get promoted // a raise for sure... Rika |

I remember a report a while back about parking fines in CA going uncollected because police and politicians had their names and addresses protected so the DMV couldn't look up the plates and mail the notices. I think the worst at the time were around $90,000.
