I agree with this. I have these on my Speed3 and they are a really good tire and the price makes it better.

I sure miss the Toyo RA1's

+1 on the Bridgestones

Continental Extreme contact DW (NOT the DWS)

I find them stickier than the Yoko S-drives that they replaced, and they leave little "DW" letters in the dirt when you drive :D

The RS2 had a little better dry grip, but they were the worst tires in the rain that I've ever driven on. In a light rain with minimal standing water at full tread depth they were trying to hydroplane.

yeah teh RS3 is pretty terrible in the wet, and in the snow ... hahahaha don't ask how i know that ...

the rival is much better in the cold/wet the hankook, but i can see for folks not in the midwest, why that wouldn't be much of an issue.

THese are great tires too. I was going to put them on my wagon after a flat last weekend but went with Dunlop SP Sport 01s.

I have been having good luck with the BF Goodrich G-Forces on the 993. Putting them on the SC in the near future, they are inbound right now.

I have to disagree with the comments regarding Sumitomo and Hankook. I've had multiple sets of Sumis that were loud and rode like rocks. The one set of Hankooks that I had were similar. No grip complaints on either, but I wouldn't buy them again.

+1 Bridgestone RE11's

I've used Pirelli's, Kumho's, Continental's and for the past 5 years settled in with Bridgestone. I currently use the Bridgestone Potenza RE11's on all my cars and just simply love them. Good grip, wear is descent and the cost is within my budget.
