Classic car insurance with four post lift?

I have a four post lift with a classic car on top and another under it. The posts are not bolted down. Location is earthquake country CA. Just got turned down from Leland Insurance from PCA because the posts are not bolted down. Any CA classic car owners with four post lifts able to get classic car insurance?
TIA

Is there a reason it's not bolted down.
I've got radiant heat in my floor so I can't drill it and was thinking about a 4 poster for this reason.

Why not just bolt it down?

I suspect their letter does not specify a bolt size....put a very small bolt in and you will comply.

If you need to bolt it down but are afraid of hitting water or electric lines just get the use of an infrared heat detector. Survey the floor and drill accordingly.

Cut all thread and add nut on top. Epoxy in place and take photo. Problem solved but of course liability is on you if it shakes and brakes.

Thanks for all of your inputs. I should've worded my question a bit better. I was told by Leland that I did not have to bolt the lift down, but when the application got to the underwriter, it was a different answer. I am hesitant about bolting it down because some people felt it was better not to have it secured to the ground in an earthquake. I wanted to find out if anyone out there with a four post lift was able to get insurance without bolting down the lift. I can always call the manufacturer about size of bolts.

being that I'm an idiot when it comes to earthquakes where I live (I've felt one in my life and it's was like a low flying helicopter over my house).

I would think an email to the manufacture would be your best option to get their recommendation

I'm assuming your collector cars have some value to them and if you're gonna store them this way I would think you should get your info from the experts

Do you ready want that lift to "walk" in a quake. Or for that matter if it gets bumped for some reason.

Putting bolts into concrete is done all the time. If you are hesitant to do it your self find some one you can "Hilti" them in. Contact a decent commercial or industrial contractors. I would guess they could have a guy do it in less than half a day.
