I didn't need one either...
But I suspect you will after this weekend... ;) |

I think the standard for a 9mm pocket pistol is the Kahr PM9, or CM9 if you want the cheaper version.

It fit my hand well, but the P250 shoots reliably. |
Taurus TCP here. There is never an outfit it doesn't work with.
And a G26 for most of the time. And a G17 for winter. Now Illinois just needs to start issuing CCWs. |

As for the mag, I suppose but that's the way it was designed. |

.38 is perfect (for me) in a revolver. Manageable and easy to use fast... I HATE shooting high power mini revolvers. Nasty recoil. Randy I agree with you, I had a Colt Cobra that made warm .38 specials uncomfortable. I'm just saying that I was very impressed with how shootable an LCR is even with .357 mags. I thought it would be miserable, but instead it made me grin. |

No love for the mini 45 s?

Kimber Super Carry Pro HD. Great comfort, 4 inch that shoots as well as a regular frame.
|
Kimber,,,,,nice but for 1600+ it should sleep with me.....

I am not a big fan of Kimbers. Grossly over rated.

Look at Walther PPK/s and Kimber Solo Carry. Both small enough to pocket carry. Both beautifully made. Never a single FTF/FTE from the PPK/s and only 3 jams ever from the Solo carry. Prolly a thousand rounds through each.
I like revolvers too, I keep one in my car. But I find it too bulky to carry. |
Took at a look at some carry guns today. That Sig 938 is a nice little machine. Its $750, but it feels like its worth it.
|
I need to go handle them, but I'm about sold on a 238, 938, or PPK. I prefer SA and metal over polymer.
|
I'm going to be out of town this weekend or I'd tell you to come down and shoot my 938... ;)
