Hire a well dressed, smart, well spoken kid to work for me without doing a background check. Left him alone to work in my house. Turned out to be a drug addict and a thief.

Put a 3.2 drivetrain in a 911 without the starter ring (just the timing ring). Twice.

Thanks guys - I feel a "little" less stupid now if the Esteemed Gentlemen of Pelican have also forgotten the starter ring - LOL! I didn't realize that anyone else did this. I figured I was the only one!
