Almost daily. Frequency has increased tremendously since I switched from manual line to the floss picks. Wish I would have switched to them much earlier. I really dislike the dentist, so I try not to set myself up for having to go there often ...

Yes, and I also use Stim U Dent soft wooden thingies a few times a week.
