This one's here in town. Known to locals as the 'Darling House', it was a B&B for many years and fell into disrepair. It's now being refurbished by the new owners. It looks out over the Santa Cruz municipal wharf and Monterey Bay.

Here's what $5.9 mil will get you in North Carolina. Admittedly a beautiful property, but I'm a bit surprised at how small the main house is. It's more than I would need, and I just might save a copy of the layout if I'm ever dumb enough to build another house.
