Good points. I'm middle-aged and somewhat out of shape, I too often make the mistake of seeing myself as I was 10 or 15 years ago. Gettin old sux, admitting it sux even more.
like you and gogar said, not seeing a punch coming and not being ready for it probably makes a huge difference.

That is sad in so many ways. I'd take them out to sea and dump their asses, way way out to sea.

The comments in the original link are to a large extent, pretty pathetic. People acting like it is not a racially motivated thing, acting all offended by people calling things as they are.

I got so mad, I actually called the white house and left a comment with the operator that Obama should come out and condemn this as it is a hate crime.

YES! Totally agree with Rick and Recycled Sixty on this. Not to sound a little paranoid but I am always scanning what's ahead and behind at all times, especially when walking towards a group of people, and I keep my distance!

A number of years ago my younger sister was headed out the door for her evening run plugged into her iPod. I stopped her and told her to "unplug"...always be aware of your surroundings especially if you're alone, I preached her as any older brother would. Sure enough, a few months later, some young lady gets assaulted in the very same area where my sister (used to) run.

I always thought hate crimes were already covered by Federal law? The FBI swoops in and charges people for hate crimes and they do big house time.

I have a different version of knock out its called get my Glock out, the .45 cal version with hollow points is how I play the game. One of the earlier posters is correct, the reason you don't hear about this game in cities like Atlanta? A high percent chance the middle aged white red neck is packing some serious heat and knows how to put steel on target.

Yep, but if they were doing this crap, we would be calling them out as well, but it is pretty clear (based on videos & reports) who are "Playing" this game the most and it isn't anything new either
