What's to handle? If you're with someone attractive, it's bound to happen - let it go. Your spouse hitting on someone - that's a problem.

Agree with RNLN. I picked up a guy by his shoulders and moved him this weekend. He got the message VERY quickly to get out of there! Stupid drunk (beer in hand) who reeked of weed. We were just listening to the music with a buddy.

That's a tough one and I don't think there's a black and white answer. We can talk hypotheticals all day. I think it boils down to "how'd she handle it" more than how I'd handle it.
If I were present, and it was blatant, I'd simply tell the guy to knock it off. If he pursued, I'd have an issue with it. If it happened without me there, it's up to her to establish "the line" and enforce it. YMMV

Wow. I missed the word "on" from the thread title, and wondered why the hell anyone would ever post a thread like that.
The wife has never been hit on in my presence that I know of. I've been hit on right in front of her on a couple of occasions. I basically ignore the comments, politely end the conversation, and leave.

I asked my wife how she would react if one of the neighborhood husbands grabbed her ass and she said "depends who it is". I took that as an invitation for me to play grab ass with the other attractive neighborhood wives, none of them have ratted me out yet.

It happens all the time, but she's very capable of handling it herself.... someone grabbed her butt in a bar and she turned around and punched him in the face hard enough for him to fall backward on his butt. She still prefers me to be the man and handle it if I'm there. But usually my presence is enough of a deterrent.

She always gives me a play by play when it happens. Usually it's at work. Last one was more of a shocker. I knew the guy was a bit taken with her, but not to the point that was revealed in an e-mail he sent her. Future social gatherings are going to be a bit awkward.
