A little computer help...

Happy Thanksgiving all!

Wife is complaining about not being able to print emails (you know the receipts for all that e-shopping she's been doing) out on her computer.
I tried it and get this error message:http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1385659002.jpg

It's really frustrating her and me as I don't use her machine (Win 7) and she doesn't use mine (Vista[gasp!] 64) so I'm really lost when it comes to finding solutions to her problems. She said she used to be able to do it so it's probably related to one of the 'auto updates' that have been applied to her machine.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Don't use internet explorer.

That said, the error is in the code the website is providing for print view

Use another browser and copy the URL you're trying to get to into the other browser and see if that helps. I use Chrome, IE and FireFox and when this happens, I just use a different browser and that usually works...

This problem with IE has been going on for a long while. Try this:

If you have any third party toolbar installed please uninstall it & Go to internet explorer properties advanced tab ===> Uncheck "enable third party browser ext" ===> and check "enhanced protected mode" =====>apply and ok=====> restart internet explorer

Thanks guys.
The screen shot (actually a picture of the screen [as in photograph]) is when we go to print from Windows Live Mail.
We use Firefox as our browser, not IE.
Is IE used to view email?

So this is actually an IE window I'm looking at when I open Windows Live Mail?

Yup

This is the tool bar from the above pic.

I don't think there's any third party tool bar installed.
Am I right?

Scott R - There isn't any 'advanced tab' on the IE properties window. :>(

Open IE, go to "tools" (picture of the gear in the upper right hand corner) then go to "Advanced"

Until you find the solution, a work-around is to open Word, copy and paste (Highlight, Cntl-C , Cntrl-V) what you need and print from Word
