Made with Yukon Gold 'taters, garlic, onion, salt, pepper. Fried up by my lovely Puerto Rican Catholic wife.

You don't have to make 'em with the horseradish. Just serve the horseradish (or sour cream or applesauce) on the side.

My Fathers name is Jim Bremner as well. It's OK for me to add to the boxed ingredients.

I do however wait for the After Hanuka sales to buy my Latkes and chocolate covered macaroons on sale, Last year I bought 6 boxes.

I'm an applesauce kinda guy. I don't get the sour cream thing. Sour cream is for onion dip. :D
