 Made with Yukon Gold 'taters, garlic, onion, salt, pepper. Fried up by my lovely Puerto Rican Catholic wife. Pass the sour creme and home made applesauce

I'm an applesauce kinda guy. I don't get the sour cream thing. Sour cream is for onion dip.
