Green tea. A nice mild dragonwell has some kick and does gives me nothing but goodness.

Morning coffee, most important meal of the day!
I find that non-dairy creamers give me acid stomach but real milk cuts the bitterness and no stomach upset.

Probiotic fixed me.

Won't touch them for exactly that reason.

They also make you feel like you swallowed dish soup.

Not usually with sugar. For sure I get heartburn with coffee, cola, garlic, chocolate and onions.

Well there's your problem!

Try the coffee without the cola, garlic, chocolate and onions... SmileWavy

I find that eating one or two chocolate-coated espresso beans chased by a glass of milk upsets my stomach less than drinking a cup of coffee. Your results may vary.

Try green tea with lemon and honey. Works for me, I have a lemon tree in my front yard, which is handy.
