My dog died today

 [/IMG]This morning I lost Layla. We did a blood transfusion on Christmas eve to try to make her better but it did not take.  Sad day for sure. Dave |

Yeah it was hard holding her as she took her last gasp of a breath and then looked at me and was gone.
The Vet said that she was not in pain so I guess that is a good thing. Dave |

I am so sorry for your loss. I know how hard these things can be. our dogs are family and they bring so much to us. I am certain all dogs go to heaven.

I'm so sorry for your loss Dave. Layla was beautiful and a great companion.
You were there for her at the end and that is what counted. And now she is free of pain. Cherish the good times.....I'm sure there were many for you both. Run free now Layla.....
