Any state tax advisors here?
NJ is messing with me. I never received my $750. state refund for 2012. Went back and forth with them online for months! Finally they tell me to re-file, which I do back in November. Still haven't received my money. Now they're getting ready for 2013 and I can't get anyone to respond.
Any advice? Oh yeah, I try to arrange it so that I break even but they keep changing the rules.
