Tax season is upon us and it's more than challenging to find an accountant to assist and consult with.

Basically I am reviewing financials for a small business I am interested in and need someones time to either review and/or bounce things off of. I've got most of the basics from a former life as a full charge bookkeeper. Need help looking for red flags and advice on the best way to set things up if I move forward.
