That is a VERY good looking car.
I may let people sit in it for pictures, but no way they would drive it.

Wait wait wait, Bporsche Wolfboy?

Oh you sorry sorry sod... :p Don't let him talk about what killed his 924S... :D

Ya... Not sure I'd let Tom touch such a fine automobile.... He might get in a fight with it over upholstery on the seats... ;)

Have fun guys!

If I'm ever in the neighborhood I'll definitely take you up on that. This weekend I traded with my neighbor, I let him drive my C63 and I drove his Evora S. VERY impressed in the Lotus.

Forget the Eclat, the Excel that succeeded was a much better car( with Toyota input for reliability).

Anyway, finally got to meet 'Meesta tonight (Nick) and had a really nice time. He got some seat time in the Ferrari. Forgot to get pics, but maybe he'll chime in and talk about the experience....but judging by his grin at 8500 rpm, I think he had a good time!

Offer still stands. Any Pelican can drive the F-car!

Very cool. These cars are meant to be driven and enjoyed.

A co-worker of mine has been nuts over my C4S since I bought it. He comes out to the shop a lot to help out on my projects and some of his own; he was even riding shotgun the first time I drove the C4S (at delivery, it needed plugs and coils before it would get out of its own way). He's a car guy and I knew he'd treat the car well, so I tossed him the keys to it on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. Boy was he surprised! He sent me a pic of himself in the driver seat wearing a %&@#-eating grin, made it totally worth it.

Anybody else have a hard time really giving the beans to someone else's car? I had my neighbor show me what his Evora could really do before I drove it, I doubt I tapped into more than 50% of it's capability. He, on the other hand, was well over 100 on an on-ramp.:D

that's cool- and TRUSTING....

I had the opportunity to take a short drive in a friends' Gallardo. Never got it out of second gear; the ramifications of getting it wrong made it impossible to have fun while I was behind the wheel.

It would be different on a long trip.

In my opinion, the last good looking Ferrari they made.

BRPORSCHE 09-16-2014 08:24 AM

This is a very cool and gracious offer from Mike.

I am sure I would drive a Toyota yaris with note enthusiasm. Driving a Ferrari has been something I have always wanted to do. This will be a nirvana experience for sure.

Vash, im up in Palmdale, so north of LA. You're welcome to take her for a spin if you want!

This was an incredible experience.

Mike is a modern gentleman and fantastic company. The 355 sounds amazing at full tilt. Sorry for the white post, but I am still in sensory overload.

Fantastic.

Love the wheels:eek: Please tell me you're bringing this to the Indy area! I'll trade you a jumpseat in the 747 for a little right seat time in that thing:cool:

Had a GREAT time meeting Tom tonight and playing around in the high desert with the F-car. Tom is a stand up individual....felt like we'd know each other for years. Seeing the look on his face while driving is what makes owning a car like this worth it!

Had a nice drive around the twisty roads south of Mojave....took her down to Rosamond, went by Willow Springs (and saw a B2 lumbering off into the distance after taking off out of Plant 42!)

...finished up with some food in Mojave!

Great night and glad I could share the experience with Tom!

Picture of the car, stolen from Tom's FB page....

I'll be bringing her back! And yes...offer still stands for sharing the experience with people!
