You Know You've Brought Your Kids Up Right When...
Both of them do something that just makes you proud. Bit of background on them both:
No.1 Son is 21 in a few months. Been with his girlfriend since 14. Both have been working since they were 15. Saved up $60K. Decided they wanted to try property developing. They bought a house on a large lot and have just finished subdividing it and made $140K in 8 months. They have just bought another two. Proud dad. No.2 Son is 18..just. Working since 14 before and after school. Saved around $15K. Finished high school early than the other kids and has to wait 8 months to start Uni. Decided to start a garden maintenance business at 17 using his savings. 8 months later he has two employees and had just bought a truck (and a 944S2 in cash) to start a removalist business. One month in and he's taken on an offsider for the removals. Proud dad. Now the thing that tells me that I've raised my boys right is they are making great money and decided to give back. They pooled their money and are going to buy a 12 year old girl with cerebral palsy a $7000 electric rising wheelchair. And they are now planning their next donation. My boys rock!!

Cheers guys. I've always reminded them that they are fortunate to be born in the country they were born in, and born healthy with loving parents and that there are others less fortunate than them that may require their assistance sometime and not to judge. Well they took those words to heart and are using them well.

Proud Dads
Congrats to all the Dads above for raising great kids! When mine graduated from college and got a job, he paid for a 1 day driving course for himself and for me at Laguna Seca raceway! And, he bought his mom an Apple Pro Notebook! I love it when a plan comes together!
