Shouldn't you remove the valve stems first?

Yeah....I thought that weird as well....unless the transfer "film" would effect its ability to seal????

Would not water transfer of chrome sheets be the perfect way to reapply chrome surfaces to Porsche headlight mirrors or the inside of rear light assemblies?

Why not just have them chrome plated?
