Here the sticker just has the year, and in small letters an ID.
If they get pulled over and the cop asked for registration they're caught, but the idea is to have a sticker on there so they doan get pulled over for expired tags.

If an illegalo gets caught in so cal doing that they usually won't get their car towed because that'd be racist.
