I don't ever remeber the ponds and lakes still being frozen over the first day of Spring, and i'm 49 years old. A Winter like we had this year will drive the housing prices up in Florida/Arizona, because everybody up North wants to leave.

About fkin time! I've decided I'm down to my last year or two living in this area... Some upsides and things to like but a fan of winter weather I guess I'm just not...

Nice day in Chicago but it going to be in the 30's over the weekend. I'm almost convinced warm weather will be here in August.

Akron gridlocked for two hours this AM as a freak 2" of snow dumped fast and froze. "Dusting" was the forecast so no salt.
