fettuccine alfredo, pasta carbonara, anything sugary. You can eat out, just don't anything that congeals when cold. rjp |
Yes! its hard to burn just 100 cals imagine 500 or more! (if you workout and have a way to measure you will appreciate what it takes to burn unnecessary calories)

Yes...I run every morning so I have an appreciation for what these big meals contain. 1/2 your daily intake at one sitting. Amazing.

Aside from Starbucks, the wife and I avoid chain restaurant eating at all costs. However, I always have an idea of whats going down the gullet, when it needs to be curbed or what is a best alternative. I lost a bunch of weight and never want to gain it back. |
