There were a couple out about Group B racing. Too Fast to Race I think is the title. Includes Ms, Moutons. Also shows some great footage and goes on about how people losing body parts to rally cars was a badge of honor.

The car control that rally drivers display is nothing short of astounding.
I remember watching the Acropolis rally - Petter Solberg says to his co-driver, Phil Mills, that his steering wheel is loose. "Get the tools!" he tells him. "They're in the back" Mills says. "Get the tools!!" Mills reaches around to the back and digs out a socket wrench and tries to tighten the steering wheel nut, all while Petter is driving flat out. Petter never missies a beat, does not slow down and still comes in second on the stage without Mills reading his pace notes. Amazing.
