Agreed with most of the above, including Rick. Freedom, check. More money, check. More stress, check. I had more fun and made more sales when I was salary but was GROSSLY undercompensated.
For you, they want you. You can own this. One of your issues is the office. Make it a negotiation point that you work from home office 2-3 days per week. Set up some sort of transparent document so that your manager can see what you are doing. When an offer is made, this is just the first step in negotiation. Good luck. Have fun! Larry |

As for as making the $350k sale, you have to believe in yourself and that you can do it. That's 90% of it right there. The only thing that worries me about this situation is that you seem to have doubts about asking someone for that type of sale.
They need what you are selling them. You're doing them a service by providing it and the level of attention that a considerate and honest person like yourself is going to give them. You need to got that straight and then it won't matter if the number has another zero or two on it.
