FIA World Endurance Championship − Official Website will have a live stream for Quali and the entire race with english broadcasting from the Radio Le Mans crew.
You will need to subscribe tho. Its 5 euros per race or 20 euros for the whole season.

Thanks all for the heads-up...I simply will not subscribe to cable to watch this event, as I just don't watch TV any longer.
