Posting here for my father inlaw.

He is selling to build another project and I figured with all the gear heads here... Why not?

I once built a 7 with a turbo Cosworth. Scary fast and fun.

Link forwarded to my Lotus friends.

Thicker floor and bigger rivets-all that extra weight will have a certain Mr Chapman turning in his grave. He really did argue with the body builders about how many rivets were used on competition cars. And works cars had 20 gauge rather than road car 18 swg body panels

HA! I used to work with Tom! He's a good guy, and it was always great seeing his project update pics. It is a nice build. I hope retirement is treating him well. Good Luck with the sale.

I'd love to have one for the roads around here. I ran into a guy driving one (a 1968) at the post office last weekend. He asked about some good roads in the area to drive. He was alone & having fun. Said his wife wouldn't go with him in the car because she suffered from motion sickness.

Thanks for the positive feedback. Bleu, he is doing great! Hopefully he can get this sold so he can get the ball rolling on the next project.
