* Web sites that insist your format your phone number, CC info, etc to match the format that they want, rather than the way it's normally presented, because their programmers don't know how to format or normalize data

* Web sites that require you to use IE

* Facebook

My pet peeve is a web site that starts off playing sound or video as the default. And sites that hide the physical address of the business. Why should I register and send an email to find out where they are? Nope, not gonna register another account. I just find another source.
