Easiest in my experience is go to the big ABC convenience store on Lewers St. Lewers is a left off Kalakaua Ave a few blocks down from your hotel. 10 minute walk. It is the biggest ABC in Waikiki and has a large selection of stuff. Otherwise, go to the Long's Drug in the Ala Moana Center (shopping mall off Ala Moana).

Tamura's Fine Wine and Liquor seem to have a wide selection with Moet @ $43 as well as Vueve Cliquot @ $50

Go to Don Quijote which is a supermarket on the outskirts of Waikiki. They have your standard fare for wine selection. Tamuras is a little farther away, but has an excellent selection. Foodland a few blocks away from Don Quijote has a wine/gourmet specialty store inside called R. Fields.
