Apologies to HD, he is entirely right.

Just proving a point:
The user is usually at fault.....providing.
Not the tool.

I've grown accustomed(too many times) with making the wrong tools work correctly during shadetree situations.

I'm sure everyone knows that the only two tools you need are duct tape and a Big Hammer.
If its loose and it shouldn't be - duct tape.
If its stuck and it shouldn't be - big hammer
;)

Nope - got it wrong! Substitute WD-40 for big hammer in above comments. :)

I'm sorry. Please do NOT apply for any opening where I work. We already have to many "Hammers" and not enough "techs".

When you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Maslow ........... Too bad it was a crowbar :)

Also note that he was pulling up on the bar instead of using his weight to push down - but that's definitely asking for too much here! :)

I have to help folks over the phone to get their meter off when they have a water emergency. I look at a satellite photo & try to walk them through it, if it's an elderly person I don't usually bother. It's amusing when I get an adult who doesn't know what a crescent wrench is or how to get a meter box open. I'm trying to save them $60, so if they get pissy or can't understand within 15 minutes, I dispatch someone.

No problem.
Please don't apply for any opening requiring writing where I work since "to many" is incorrectly spelled. It should be "too many". SmileWavy
