I looked. No joy. The pics exist, but I'll have to hunt some more.
But the search was fun...I hadn't picked through old cruise pics in many years. Picture just after we left DG for the Persian Gulf to do the escorts during Earnest Will. We stopped in the Maldives. Amazing five days.    Along side the Connie headed back from Hawaii, Tiger Cruise:  Det Monkey's, Senior E's and the Zero's. I'm second from the left.

Spent a week there in '86 trying to get back to the Big E on station. Don't mess with the chickens or the coconut crabs.
Great little place to visit but, I can't imagine being stationed there for a year. My pics are buried but, I have some good ones of the cannons on the point.
