Police arrested Odell Mathis, 33, and charged him with robbery with bodily injury. He is a suspect in a chain of similar robberies.

Law enforcement cannot do the entire job - although they do not want interference - it's pretty clear there's a revolving door in our criminal justice system for career hoodlums - and to some degree we (the public) need to hope for the best but prepare for the worst. When is the last time you read about a crook that didn't have a list of priors as long as a football field?

It's ridiculous!
