• Some good looking toys there!

• The T/A looks great in it's natural element! Minilites rule!

• Did they ever take the Model A to the track?

• Can you imagine being a kid and having something like that to tear around in?

Ha! That's what I thought until I met a guy recently w/ a Trans Am sitting on a $35K tubular frame running a modified new Corvette engine (can't recall which one). You'd never tell from looking at it from the outside. Talking with him I was surprised to find out how much racing gear is available for old Trans Ams....

I love that Caterham!

He did run the "A" several times, at a modest pace, but it did OK. A very nice tidy Hot Rod.

Well it's not really a Caterham, it's a "LoCost" (home built with the junk lying around your shop). 1.6 Toyota Corrola engine etc. The only new item is the yellow nose cone. May well have set fast time of the day, also.
The last photo is a motorcycle powered outlaw type, VERY quick, it may have set fast time. One of those two and the 914/6 was very quick also.

Here's another couple of pics of the 914/6, including a poor shot of the engine bay
