I don't think Stewart meant to kill Ward either. Bad decision to show him a lesson gone horribly wrong.

Kevin Harvick moves into 3rd round with win at Charlotte - ESPN

Gordon was praising the Stewart move:

Watching the replay in the media center after the race, second-place finisher Jeff Gordon was clearly entertained. He put his arms in the air and yelled "Kenseth!" and thought Stewart's move was "awesome!"

I gave up some time ago on World Wrestling Racing. What a joke the series has become.

More blame-casting BS from you.

Please supply any inside evidence that you have that will support your assertion.

I think there is some reasoning in that statement. " show him, teach him, etc, a lesson" is what Tony has done for years. The eye for an eye routine. Plus this past race looked just like the WWF. A cameraman " just happened" to be following a driver back to his hauler, not that there were'nt 42 other drivers there, just Keslowski. It's all made for TV.

Really?

It should be noted that when second-place finisher Jeff Gordon entered the media center for his post-race obligations, the first words out of his mouth were, ''That was awesome!'' If there was any doubt he was referring to the post-race fireworks, he threw his arms up in the air in triumph and yelled, ''Kenseth!''

The quote I referenced is right out of the article - it's a cut and paste. What are you questioning? It's right in the article.

That wasn't Tony Stewart that jumped Kes between the haulers.

Generally, that kind of following happens all the time. Usually the more mad a driver is. Kyle Busch, usually. When a guy rams other cars, leaves a burn out in the garage, I would figure it's a good idea to follow with the camera.

I referred to Tony's past history of doing to others. I also know Tony did'nt jump Kes.

It is an easy decision to follow the idiot.

Since everyone is stating their opinons... Take any single Nascar driver off the track, put them in your personal car, and they will do things with it and put it places you'd never even imagine were possible. They are all supremely confident and most have alpha male type personalities. Put them on a race track and you dont need a script. Just watch and wait. And thats why America loves them. Tony Stewart? Real guy. Feels all the same things you do. Goes back to dont judge someone until you've been in their shoes awhile. Their job description? Win. Whats yours?

I don't think Brad Keselowski or Kyle Busch are real guys. They are spoiled brats who happen to have a great talent (Kyle more than Brad) to handle a race car. They are more like a savant than a mature grown man.

I know it takes great skill and a lot of physical and mental ability to drive. Unfortunately that is where their talent ends in this case.

That said, there are several that would be a blast to ride with or grab pizza with. Others, not so much and that is where the problem is. The guys with low IQ behaving like 4 year old kids and there is a fan base that unfortunately likes that. Even some of the analysts on ESPN thought it was great fun to watch the events after the race.

Edit to add: There are some SOLO drivers that would put some of the NASCAR drivers to shame when it comes to car control.
