For some ordinary jap FJ??? Buyer was intoxicated on Sake.

What additional fees did the buyer pay for auction prem.?

And 2,000 miles... too many for that kind of trash cash. Maybe this 2014 beater with zero miles for near the same amount.

I'm going to look at a 65 tomorrow that the owner of the 914 I just bought has. I should not be doing this.

Jerry - I see that Toyota Tacoma slipping thru your fingers? Hope you get that '72 on the road someday. Good meeting you the day you bought that one.

Ha, possibly. My son and I are pondering a trade. My GTI for his F-250 diesel xtra cab. I wouldn't drive it daily like the Tacoma and would keep the Acura MDX I was also going to trade. If he decides to keep his truck I'll pull the Tacoma trigger. I still have the 72 and enjoyed meeting you as well. As soon as I get a shop in Spokane the 72 is coming over here. I am surrounded by Porsche nuts who want to get their hands on helping get that car back on the road. If I were to buy the FJ it would be for my son to have once he gets settled in the Army and has a place and the $'s to buy it from me. I'll post some pics later tonight.

Thanks Jerry - I'd luv to see that '72 on the road. The engine/trans would be a good combo. Maybe reverse the update on the front end some day and you would be good to go.....
