Shania Twain

Performing at outdoor concert tonight, just down the road, I'm not going but I probably should be. I think everyone in PEI is going except me and three other people.

Perfect night too, weather wise.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1409435564.jpg

I like looking at her but not her music.....

rfuerst911sc 08-30-2014 02:10 PM

I'd throw some DNA her way ...................

yellowperil 08-30-2014 02:23 PM

Even better now that she kicked out that Mutt she was married to.

Her drummer, JD Blair, is a monster player. Probably the funkiest drummer living right now, and a totally funny/sweet guy. Worth it just to watch him do his stuff.

Wifey and I were in Vegas a couple years ago and were walking through the shops at the Wynn. She was walking directly towards us and I almost tripped and fell down. I had NO IDEA who she was but wifey was laughing at me losing it and told me who it was that had such an effect on me.
Sprayed on tight jeans, high heels and a t shirt two sizes too small. YES!

I've always had a thing for her. Rob, I'd probably trip just like you if she was walking towards me dressed like that:)

She has nice boobies. :D

Very lovely and talented. More than somewhat crazy as I understand it.

jyl 08-30-2014 07:45 PM

Yeah but can she drive a stock car?

Too bad she does not choose better music to reverberate.
I so hate 6th school grade grade rhymes from todays so called Country music.
A old song writer told me, "If you can hear it coming then they never got it going".

Last night's concert. Great entertainment, I've been told. (not surprised)http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1409485466.jpg

I think she's known for putting on a good show for the dough!

M.D. Holloway 08-31-2014 03:48 AM

She's got chops... On many levels.

Shania Twain.......

When my son was in college at Georgia Tech he had the opportunity to play percussion back up for her at a concert in Atlanta. Now that was a chance of a lifetime! He said that she was very nice to all the volunteer musicians during rehearsals and during the concert.

M.D. Holloway 08-31-2014 04:52 AM

She is one of the most beautiful women in the biz and she has a great voice.

Yellow peril - you know her? That pic looks like you took it - or was that swiped?

yellowperil 08-31-2014 07:23 AM

Do not know her, picture swiped from local newspaper.

TheMentat 08-31-2014 07:31 AM

My cousin has been "winging it" on a tour around PEI. Apparently they had to spend a night in his car the other night as there wasn't a hotel room to be had in the entire province!

sand_man 08-31-2014 02:46 PM

Yeah, she's a stunner! And a couple of her songs might be on my "guilty pleasures" list http://forums.pelicanparts.com/suppo...eys/hiding.gif
