I've seen countless videos of bad driving and the crashes that result. It seems like they are always filmed somewhere in Russia and it seems everybody has a dash cam.

This isn't new but you have to wonder why people do stupid **** like this?

Not exclusive to Russia.
There was the DA on Vancouver Island last year who posted the video of him tearing up the Malahat (I think) highway in heavy traffic.
I believe the long arm of the law caught up with that one.

The sad thing is that the people that rate his video give it about 7 times more thumbs up than down. 20,000+ other idiots liked it.

A friend of mine is a recent BsN grad, he wanted a motorcycle until he took his first job working night shift in the ER. After multiple shifts with multiple motorcycle accident victims, some pretty nasty, he decided that a bike wasn't for him.
