Seller PRO TIP:
1. Be really clear with prospective buyers so there are no misunderstandings or gray areas. 2. No negotiations online. All price negotiations take place in person, cash in hand. 3. It isn't sold until money changes hands. No holdsies without a non-refundable deposit. Korean guy failed to secure his purchase with a deposit. So sorry, had a change of heart. No deal.
